1. Is SKYSOUK a manufacturer or brand?

No, we are not a manufacturer or brand. We are resellers. We source trending and useful products from various suppliers and deliver them to you through our online platform.


2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the product, choosing the quantity, and completing the checkout process. We accept various payment methods including UPI, cards, and Cash on Delivery (if available).


3. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return.


4. What if the product is defective or damaged?

We do not take responsibility for manufacturer defects since we are resellers. However, if your item is damaged during transit or the wrong product is delivered, we will do our best to resolve the issue or help you connect with the supplier.


5. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 4–10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.


6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD on most products. However, we may verify high-value orders before dispatch to avoid fraudulent activity.


7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You can check your order status through your account or by contacting us.
